    PLAQUENIL" Rheumatoid Arthritis Community - Support Group Hi! I've been on Plaquenil for 4 months and i'm finally feeling some relief. My dr. said it would take up to 4-5 months to see a results to pain for this drug. I'm feeling better being on it. She said that in april they will switch me up to Methotrexate for more relief so we'll see how i do.
