    Plaquenil Hi everybody, when do you take your. - LUPUS UK I always take my Plaquenil with a meal, breakfast and supper. Doctor said to do this and I always have, and never had problem with stomach upset. Headaches, well they have always been there - before and after Plaquenil. If you are not up to eating, then at least have a yogurt or something. Don't need meds making us feel worse than disease.
